You know exactly what you’re doing.
The argument you swore you wouldn't have.
The way you go quiet, or go hard, the second you feel cornered.
You've read about it. Talked it through. Promised yourself, this time.
And then the moment comes, and you watch yourself do the same thing, in real time, like you're a passenger.
No matter how much willpower you apply…You're doing it again anyway.
That's not a character flaw. That's a program. And it can be altered.
The teacher has 40 years of causing people to alter their default reactions.
Gabriel Sakakeeny has spent four decades in businesses where results mattered more than anything else: an Agilent division that cut assembly time from 2.6 days to half a day in six months, a volunteer orchestra that played Mahler at professional standard, more than 30,000 leaders trained to create instead of react since 1990.
Every time the same thing changed: people stopped reacting from their old defaults and started acting from intention. The Subtle Power Way teaches that shift.
Here's the mechanism we’re talking about.
Most of what you do is decided before you're aware you've decided it. Default reactions are built from training data accumulating since your birth. Those reactions kept you safe in childhood. They are still running the show now. You’re not failing or broken. What worked then, doesn’t work now.
Those reactions can be interrupted while they’re operating in the moment they are happening. Once interrupted, you can choose what will work now.
"Insights from one three-day weekend were like eight years of weekly therapy – and business coaching on root-cause issues, to boot."
